JTC Staffing Solutions was created by a health care professional who after working in different positions at different healthcare settings in the US and Canada, experienced firsthand the staffing challenges that healthcare facilities face and the impact this has on patient safety. Our chief aim is to support our healthcare partners fill any staffing gaps created by emergencies, unexpected absence, vacations, or any other issues that may arise.
